"3 Steps to Conquer Worries" From Carnegie'S book

It is simple. Anyone can use it. It consists of three steps:

Step I. FACE YOUR PROBLEM-Analyse the situation fearlessly and honestly and figure out what was the worst that could possibly happen as a result of this failure. No one was going to jail you or shoot you so don't worry.

Step II. ACCEPT THE PROBLEM-After figuring out what was the worst that could possibly happen, reconcile to yourself to accept it, if necessary.

Step III. MAKE SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM-From that time on, calmly devote your time and energy to trying to improve upon the worst which you had already accepted mentally.
